i want to create an entity near an other entity (near or middle point or other ...)
is possible to find a point like acedosnap in autocad ...

dwgdirect 1.12 contains no such functionality.
dd 1.13 will have framework for getgrippoints() / getosnappoints().
the dd framework will allow substituting custom grip/snap points functionality for every entity.
