hello!
i'd like to know whether it is possible to export attributes into resulting dwf file. i'm using dwgdirect library v.1.12. if it is not supported by v.1.12 is this kind of functionality available in v.1.13?
we create drawings with quite a lot of attributed blocks and it would be nice if they could be transferred into dwf file too.
yes, it is possible. or did some data miss after using dwgdirect export to dwf? perhaps i misunderstood your question. in this case, please, to send your sample dwg and resulting dwf files and to clarify what you mean by 'export attributes'.

sorry for my incomplete question...
i have read from autodesk site that autocad v.2006 has a new feature : "publishing dwf files with block attribute data". this feature allows me to add attribute data to blocks and then export the drawing into dwf file.
then i open the dwf file using dwf viewer from autodesk (v.6.0)
and select the tool button 'selector a' (it is the white arrow in toolbar). then i can select the block from the drawing that has attributes and the attributes for that block are shown.
now i know that this is implemented in autocad 2006 only but i'd like to know wheter it is possible to do also in dwgdirect dwf export. if it is not possible now will it be in the future??
i have tried this with dwgdirect v.1.12 and export my drawing into dwf but in the dwf viewer the tool 'selector' is grayed and not available meaning that it cannot find attributes for the dwf i'm looking.

thank you for clarification. the thing is the new autocad dwf toolkit is not availiable yet. that's why we can't say anything about a possibility to support new dwf export features in dwgdirect in the immediate future.
