i had to add the following to link in borland c++ builder 6.0
1. #define firstdll_export in odmutex.h
2. add include of odacommon.h to odstring.h
the first thing is a bug indeed (will be fixed).
for the second - odacommon.h should be included in each cpp file, before including any other dd header.
