hi,
the attached solid is read wrongly, the visible part of the cone should be inverted. also attached pictures taken from dwgdirect 2.0 vs. autocad.
also happens with version 1.14.02.

yes, this is bug in toolkit. bug isn't in cone, but in rotsur drawing. i'll try to fix it to next release.
i have fixed it. it will be available with next release.
