hi there
i have developed a mfc single document application for displaying and processing dwg files. i am using the library dwgdirect 1.11.01.00. while at the time of testing, using bounds checker, an error detection tool, it showed the following errors...
pointer errors:
1. pointer arithmetic range error:
file: "odarray.h"
line no: 688
code: return (((buffer*)m_pdata) - 1);
2. pointer arithmetic range error:
file: "odarray.h"
line no: 692
code: return (const buffer*)(((buffer*)m_pdata) - 1);
3. pointer assignment range error:
file: "odarray.h"
line no: 264
code: buffer* poldbuffer = buffer();
pointer unrelated errors:
1. unrelated pointer comparison:
file: "odarray.h"
line no: 147
code: dest == src );
read overrun:
1. read underrun:
file: "odarray.h"
line no: 265
code: int ngrowby = poldbuffer->m_ngrowby;
2. read underrun:
file: "odarray.h"
line no: 282
code: len = odmin(poldbuffer->m_nlength, len);
3. read underrun:
file: "odarray.h"
line no: 696
code: return (buffer()->m_nrefcounter>1);
is there any way to rectify these errors..?
