odamfcappdll (dwgdirect 2.20, vc8,winxp) crashes by saving the attached dxf file as dwg r18 format with "savepreview" option.

attached files
odamfcapp for generating preview uses last device used for displaying the drawing.
if wingdi was used it works ok but hangs in opengl&directx in both displaying and generating preview.
