for the attached drawing we apply:

after this is performed the dimension line below the dimension text is separated.
what is the problem?

hello mihail,
source text position is about dim line. dimension line is broken then it has intersection with text with box (text extension plus gap). in your case dim line is on this bottom box line. there is bug in dwgdirect for this case (acad doesn't break dim line). we will try to fix it in next release.
as work around you may shift text position. for example:
code:
odgepoint3d p = pdim->textposition();
p.y += 0.00001;
pdim->settextposition(p);note in case shift is p.y -= 0.00001 acad also breaks dim line.
