there is no difference with dimension block in your files.what problem do you have? could you explain more detail?

sorry, i attached the wrong data.
here are two result files created by reading the dim.dwg (no reading difference between dd versions). the files have been written back to dwg, without exploding the dimension using dd 2.3.1, and dd 2.5.1.
the dimensions look the same at first, except for the 111 dxf code. this causes the text to be at different locations when the dimension is exploded.
i'm not sure what has caused this difference in dimension writing between the dd versions.

possible it is similar problem with mtext entity. text position may be calculated correctly in case font is right. odamfcapp recomputes your dimensions as well acad does.
