i think the odamfcapp has a problem reading line with 230=-1.0 (z-axis into the wcs), and circle not
this line is not mirrored around the y axis, so the resulting coordinate are equal to the listed

why that difference. one is mirrored the other one not.

i investegated the theme:
in flat drawings an extrusion transformation to the xy plane has no effect on line and point.
arc, circle, polyline, spline, ellipse and...
will be affected if its extrusion is not perpendicular to the xy plane. as an example a circle turns to an ellipse.
