if you look at the attachment, you se that the hatch is generated with an arc resolution which is too low. odamfcapp is however able to generate the hatch entity with the correct outline resolution.
what setting determines the resolution for the hatch outline?

hatch is calculated using odgiworlddraw::deviation(kodgimaxdevforcurve, <hatch origin point>)
perhaps you did not set drawing device deviation correctly.
