hostappservices readfile returns odd code
hostappservices readfile generates odd code
i have a couple files here that readfile and the opendesign libraries don't like.
when i use readfile to read one of the files into a database, an exception is
generated. oderror.code returns 0x44 (68d) and i can't find any description
for the error. oderror.description returns null for that error code.
the files have some odd layer names in them which i believe to be the cause
of the problem. the layers are from xref'd drawings, but the names are always
blank. (i.e. "xrefname.dwg|"). obivously this isn't allowed. once those are
resolved, the problem is gone. i am more interested in what error code 0x44 is trying to tell me
anyone have any idea what error code 0x44 is trying to tell me specifically?
