implementing rasterimageproc
i have a an implementation using the dll version of dd 1.13. it overrides odgsbasevectorizedevice's polylineout, textproc, etc. but when i override rasterimageproc it is never called. anything else that must be done in order to be called? (the example program odamfcappdll.exe gets its rasterimageproc implementation called using the same dwg.)
in the process i have tried to include the implementation in exgirasterimage.cpp, but i don't seem to get registered/activated/loaded correctly. is it relevant? how do i go about to include/reference the odrxrasterservices implementation at link/runtime?

rxrasterservices.drx and all dlls it depends on must be in the same directory with executable (or in pathed directory).
