when inserting an external block using the .insertblock method, the layer and linetype information is lost.

if i set the active layer to 'test', then insert an external block, the block comes in on the '0' layer. the block being inserted has only one layer; '0'. i get the same results if the block being inserted was created using layer 'test'. the linetype is the same issue. if the block being inserted has line entities using the 'hidden' linetype, when inserted, they show up as 'continuous'.

this error is fixed in the version 1.07 of dwgdirect
