just a general question about mechanical desktop:
in autocad they have the object enabler that provides access to the mecahnical desktop proxies to make them live solids. does the od library provide something similar or has anyone developed such a functionality.
right now all we see is a wire frame but we'd like to be able to shade it and/or even see the assembly tree.
currently geometryfromproxy.h contains odgetsatfromproxy() prototype.
this function allows to get sat from acadpart.
we plan to implement a simple enabler for acadpart which will allow rendering of this entity as 3dsolid.
after that code using odgetsatfromproxy() will be useless.
