were the sample applications odamfcapp or odamdiapp built initially with the visual c++ application wizard?
if so, can someone give me the options used?
-for example, use mfc as dll or as a statically linked library?
-document template string settings in the advanced tab?
-use activex controls?
-compound document support option checked?
