oddbellipse::getclosestpointto() returns offsetted point

hi,
i am trying to use oddbellipse::getclosestpointto() function but it always returns point on an ellipse that has smaller minoraxis than original ellipse. it looks like as if the minoraxis length is not being passed in correctly.
please let me know if there is any fix to get corrected value.

oddbellipse::getclosestpointto() is not implemented.
if you call pellipse->getclosestpointto()
oddbcurve::getclosestpointto() will return enotimplemented.
