problem with odgevector3d::kxaxis member
i'm linking dd_vc6.lib with my application but i get 3 unresolved external:
odgevector3d::kxaxis
odgevector3d::kyaxis
odgevector3d::kzaxis
i defined _toolkit_in_dll_ symbol, but it doesn't solve the problem.
the problem disappears linking the static libraries

i'm not able to reproduce this problem in our latest 1.05 version (which will be available for download later today). please give it a try in 1.05 and let us know if the problem persists.
