there seem to be a problem with the paper margins when the printer is set to none.
it looks like the margins are multiplied by 10.0 where they shouldn't. the problem can be reproduced in odamfcapp.exe in the page setup dialog box. just select none as the printer and see the corresponding margins at the bottom of the window.

this is bug in toolkit. it was already fixed. fix will be available with next release. it is only with 'inch' papers, metric papers has normal margins.
