i can't find the way to set the color of an oddbline entity using the rgb value of the color i want.
the only way i've found to change the color is calling setcolorindex with the aci number corresponding to the color i want.
another not so related question: 縲here could i find the complete list of aci values?

in next release oddbentity::setcolor(const odcmcolor&) method will be available. odcmcolor can be specified by rgb value.
1.06 release have some helper methods declared in colormapping.h

since 1.07 rgb color can be set directly to entity using setcolor(const odcmcolor &color, bool dosubents = true);
starting with ac2004 exact rgb value can be stored in file. while saving to minor versions dwgdirect will map colors itself.
