i know that trusted dwg watermark has been removed for files written by dd
but
how can i know if a dwg that has been read in a dd database comes from autocad (so called "trusted"?) or from another software?

currently "trusted dwg" functionaily is completely removed from dwgdirect. you can't determine if a dwg is "trusted" using dd api.
