alocrom chemical conversion
i am being told by a senior airbus engineer the i must anodise a repair to a fuel system component which i supply. his reason for this is that the alocrom is not compatible with aviation fuel. i do not believe this for one instance. however i have been informed that i need to use the aircraft srm to determine the surface treatment. i have tried to locate alocrom compatibility charts but have been unsucessful. can anyone confirm the copatibility issue? or point me in the direction of such data.
