hi,
can somebody enlighten me on the requirement of chemical composition for nacl.the grade i'm looking for is extra pure and astm b 117 specifies that the salt used shall be free of nickel and cooper and contains not more than 0,1% of sodium iodide and max 0.3% of total impurities.i need to know how to establish other elements/compounds not specified.these are required for salt spray analysis for sulfuric acid and chromic acid anodizing(ams 2470 & 2471).thanks for advise.
