there is a question about the aisa (australian) design of structural connection 4th edition, 4.10 bolted splice connection, p140, double column of bolts. the addition requirements for end plate tearout, for the requirement v*mh + v*mb <= 0.9(ae5 ti fui ), should v*mb be v*hb? this equation is at the 4th line from bottom.
