i see the news story, as it should be. the fox background loads first, but then (about 1 second later) the story appears.

i opened and read the article. i enlarged both pictures. the first shows men running with gleeful smiles on their faces. the caption states they are running from the event that just happened. to me it appears as something else.
maybe its a coultural thing.

yes, i see the smiles - sort of weird.
i think that it is the usual fake. the photographer asked them to run. the men in the background are not running and they are supposed to be closer to the disaster!
