aisi c1015 vs. astm a36
 

aisi c1015 vs. astm a36
i have an anchorage assembly from germany made from din fe360b material. the manufacturer informed me that it's equivalent to aisi c1015 steel. does anyone know how aisi c1015 compares to astm a36 steel? i need to weld the anchorage assembly to a steel platfrom made from astm a36 steel plates. i was wondering whether a typical fillet weld using e70xx electrode is ok.
any help will be much appreciated!
