can 6061 and 6063 aluminum alloys welded to each other?

yes, they can. table 1.2 in ansi/aws d1.2-97 indicates that a 4043 electrode can be used with footnotes for several other acceptable rods. table 7.2-1 in "specifications for aluminum structures - asd", seventh ed. indicates a 5356 electode. again it has a footnotes with other electrodes that can be used. 4043 is among them.
i'm not expert enough to suggest a particular rod. besides who ever is would need a lot more information.
