does anyone know where to get a (/an electronic) wind zone map or table which gives asce 3-second gust wind speed county by county? thanks,

check with the state that you are looking for. louisiana has their own wind maps which breaks asce 7 wind zones down by parish
new jersey also has their own. it is bulletin 03-4 in the njucc blue book (administrative volume).
