i'm actually curious about the ibc 1612.5 section that refers to flood hazard documentation as well as the 1612.4 flood design section and wether or not asce 7-02 can be used or if asce 24 has many more requirements not stated in asce 7. i'd apprecciate any discussion on these topics.
