attaching gypsum board to metal vs. wood studs
it appears that most of the values in the ubc for drywall strength are based on anchoring to wood studs. i have metal studs in my building, do you know where i can find values for the shear and tension if i attach to metal instead of wood studs?

in case anyone was wondering, the dynamic fastener catelog page 67 has some comparisons, not a lot, but at least enough to get started. any other ideas?
