i am in the early stages of planning a rooftop heliport in ca. i purchased the ca code(part 2, vol 2) and this has all the loading and design info i need. i am going to have to purchase part 1 because several classification requirements are in it. i need to have an answer to my client on monday on some preliminary things and will not have the code in time. could anyone advise me on the requirements/classification for heliports listed in sections 307.1, 311.1, 209, and 311.10 in part 1 of the ca code.
