chinese codes
hi all
i'm looking for two chinese codes:
gb 5009 windload
gb 50011 seismic load
can anybody tell where i can find then in english? a downloadable pdf would obviously be excellent if possible.
i have found the codes on a chinese site but unfortunately my chinese in not very good so i don't know what to do.
what i'm looking for are the differences between the two mentioned and for example ubc97.

playing on the internet i got some interesting cross references by using google:
searching with text 'gb 5009 wind load' ending up with a chinese page. google / microsoft suggesting installing simplified chinese language packet, doing this, getting page up, google suggesting automatic translation, and.. voila! - mail adresses to chinese graduate students making a comparison between windload basics in us/australia and china. (stating that there is basically not much difference, but you will have to look into details yourself)

i have found a document comparing the seismic code to ibc and they seem to be similar. so i think things will work out.
