the specification as simply fe510 is not complete. you should state if it is for structural usage, for pressure vessel usage, or else, and the product form (plate, beam, forging...).
anyway this generic indication is commonly used for a structural steel in either plate or beam form.
there is no direct equivalent: you should choose only based on strengths. a537 1 or a737 b are two examples.
