design of cutting boxes
i am designing some offshore steel welded boxes that get loaded with about 25 barrels of drilling mud & cuttings as the well is being drilled. the client would like it designed in accordance with api rp2a. i feel this code does not provide much design basis for this situation. does anyone know of a better code (maybe asme b30.20 or an osha guideline)to design around?
