any ideas on how to insure quality control for projects constructed on foreign soil using foreign contractors and labor?
mbwa - management by walking around
with cultural and language differences assuring qc on a construction project may prove difficult. making your presents known and peeking over their shoulders may help assure good workmanship.
i use checklists for different task and i give the foreman a blank copy so he also knows what i am are looking for.
