anyone have a reference?
2006 north carolina building code which is nc's version of the ibc
page 428 paragraph 2306.3.4
what kind of board are you asking about? are you referring to drywall?

the 2006 ibc has values for diagonally sheathed lumber diaphragms in table 2306.3.3.
