residential floor levelness/flatness
what are the tolerances for typical residential floor surfaces? i am aware of the difference between levelness and flatness, but don't have a copy of aci 117 which i believe states the tolerances for concrete slabs. i also need to know the same information for elevated pier-and-beam wood framed floors. i don't know which standard governs that. would it be the residential code for the area? we use the irc here. any help or insight is appreciated. thanks!
