measuring involute srockets with gear
has anyone ever measured involute srockets with the gear software ackage. the issue i am having is that the itch diameter of the involute srocket is larger than the major diameter. therefore, the tooth thickness at itch diameter is a negative number. the software does not seem to be set-u to handle this uation. any hel would be areciated.
