does anyone know where i can find beams or even c channels with a prefabricated intermitted slotted web running parallel with the span? thank you very much!
are you talking about a castellated beam?
that's close to what i need! looking for something very similar to this on a much smaller scale - to handle lighter loads. do you happen to know if this company or even someone else manufactures intermitted slots (round like cmcsteel) or even elongated on the order of roughly 2" inch intervals, instead of 2 feet? would like to use beam on its side to allow for vertical bolted rod connections. i will contact cmcsteel as well. thank you very much mcqse!
