do you guys know how much j reduces by (approximately) by cracking the concrete section in torsion?

what is the deal with j lately? it is dependent on crack depth and the size of the section.
of course, but i guess the answer i'm looking for is like relationship between ig and icr being about a factor of 3 or so.
