i have a problem: i think my tp200 unit went bad, but anyone knows how to check that? the red light on the unit stays on and the magnet is not floating (should it be floating? error message os on all the time "unexpected probe hit" even after i reset the box it comes back right away.
check that you don't have too heavy of a probe attached. if your tp200 is a lite force module, you may just be overloading it. also try cleaning the magnetic contacts.
