what is the north american (us +/or canadian) code of practice for designing water-retaining concrete structures?
i have aci 350, but it doesn't go into as much detail on crack control and serviceability requirements as i expected. can someone steer me in the right direction?

aci 350 is pretty much state of the art. the crack control provisions were a little better explained in the 1989 edition, but it's still there in the current revision. if you can find a copy, take a look at it. do you have some particular question?
