help with api or macro
does anyone know of a macro that will rename planes (to specified values) and set them to auto-size?
would this be difficult to make? i have no developmental experience with macros/api's?

it would not be too difficult to do. there is a sample "create and name planes example" in the solidworks 2008 api help file. there is an method to set it's autosize to true, refplanefeaturedata:;autosize.

the refplanefeaturedata::autosize has a bug and does not work, at least for me i created a simple macro to do just this about a year ago and could never get the autosize function to work no matter what i tried
