add command and item
is there an example showing how to add command and item to the existing custom menu and toolbar
please, please, please don't point to the help file. i tried and could not have my program running.
what i want now is a sample. so if you know any tutorial or sample, please direct me to get it

sw : please read this:
it's really a pain to write sw api
there is noone from sw being available to provide help
most of my posts here got no response and api samples from sw are too long and unclear
i started writting macro and addin for autodesk inventor with lot of help from autodesk developer engineers and was productive within weeks
i have been here more than a month and am still not sure how to start - just like work in the dark with no direction - i've been seaching and could not find a simle instruction of how to write an addin in sw, just depend much on some samples from couple gurus here
so please, sw, do something or provide couple engineers here to help us
