creating pdmworks add-in using api - locked file problem
after adding a dll that is an add-in to pdmworks (in "debug add-ins") and testing that the add-in shows up, attempting to rebuild a new version of the add-in fails because the dll is locked. it appears the only way to clear the lock is to log out and then log back in.
is anyone else experiencing this problem (or is it just me!)? do you have a solution, or at least a work-around?
note the same type of problem exists with sw; but the workaround is to close sw. there doesn't seem to be any way to close pdmworks - even by ending selected processes!

you don't need to log out and log back in to pdmwe. use explorer.exe as your host process, and when you're done debugging explorer will restart. you'll have to kill explorer before debugging of course. note if you keep the pdmwe administration tool open you'll run into the same problem, so keep it closed while debugging.
