custom solids programming
hi,
i am new to solidworks api. but have using 3d solid modeling packages for past 6 years. also have been doing win32 vc / vb proggies.
i would like to know whether, is it possible to create custom type of solids in solidworks using vb/vc. i don抰 mean creature a new extrusion/rev feature, but a new feature on my own which describes its own mathematical/analytical model of the pretended custom solid 搕ype?

yes i think it is possible to do so.but you may have to use extensive coding & understanding of geometry.

sw is using a vba sistem for programing.
