swtools - new macro toolbar creator
the latest tool for solidworks is a handly little tray icon tool called swtools, that pops up and provides the user with as many taskbar buttons to run solidworks macros as they like. having toolbar buttons outside of solidworks frees up the working space and allows for much easier network sharing of sw macros without the need to add each macro the individual users toolbars, which is very time consuming. find the tool nice, thanks it just gives me an error. any body else have this problem? solidworks 2006,2007,2008,2009 (office premium.) core 2 duo e6850 @ 3.00 mhz window xp pro sp3 32 bit ati firegl v7350 have you read the readme file and setup the plain the text file containing the info? also, what is the error you get? you also need .net framework 3.0 installed sorry for posting so soon. i did get get it to run now but there is no button to start my macro. i must be doing something wrong yet this is what my file looks like.
