i try to find an old drx commandcontext project, which is not available in new drx_sdk. if someone has it, please attach it to this current request!

..\extensions\exservices\exdbcommandcontext is not a separate project, it's sample implementation used in odamfcapp example.
drx applications are assumed to use command context provided by container application.
