dd got invalid data from this file

the attached is a dwg file. dd in version of 2.0.3 for .net2003 got invalid data from this file.
in the following code
odgeextents3d ext;
spdb->getactivelayoutbtrid().safeopenobject()->getgeomextents(ext);
( spdb is a object of oddbdatabaseptr )
the z value of max point in ext is invalid ( 1.0869684391748154e+171 ), the min point in it is right. why dd got invalid data from this file? how to fix this?
