hi forum,
i exported an oddbspline in the attached dwg(with dwgdirect 2.1.1). i can import it but if i try to load it in autocad 2004, i have got the error "internal error !dbqspace.h@410: egeneralmodelingfailure".
what is the problem with this spline ? how should i modify it to make it valid for autocad ?

number of knots should be number of control points + degree + 1.
your spline has 269 knots and 268 control points.
after i removed 3 control points autocad is happy.
