in autocad, in the display tab of the options dialog, we can set the layout settings such as display margins, display paper background, etc... how do we set these in dwgdirect?
settings displayed in autocad in tools/options/display are not layout properties. they effect all layouts. they are not stored in dwg/dxf file - they effect all drawings loaded. these settings are stored by autocad in registry.
layout properties displayed in a dialog appearing at layout creation can be set by oddblayout, oddbplotsettings and oddbplotsettingsvalidator methods.

in odamdiapp and odamfcapp, the paper margins and paper background are shown in layouts. in object arx, we can turn those off using acaplayoutmanager::setshowpapermargins and setshowpaperbackground. which functions in dwgdirect should we use to turn the margins and background off?
